Our guest house was originally built in the era when people still had time
for one another, and we invite you to recapture that spirit,
and relax for a while in our 1920's Queensland farmhouse, recently converted to a contemporary B&B.
Situated atop a ridge with stunning views across state forests to
volcanic peaks and the shimmering water in the distance, the homestead
catches the welcome summer breezes, cooling you down in the late afternoon
as you relax on the wide verandahs.

Cooroy is a lovely rural town nestled into the hills of the Noosa
hinterland, approx 90 minutes drive north from Brisbane, and 25 minutes west
of Noosa. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, licensed clubs, antiques,
galleries, and bookshops line up along the landscaped lanes.
The wonderful year round climate allows for great walking, cycling,
horseriding, and fishing trips on many of the nearby waterways, al fresco dining night and day as well as
swimming at Noosa's beaches.
