- Cooroora – 2 twin beds, ensuite, no direct veranda access ($155/couple/night for full 3-course breakfast, $120 for continental breakfast)
- Cooran – queen bed, open onto south veranda, ensuite ($167/couple/night for full 3-course breakfast, $120 for continental breakfast)

Room rates remain the same price at weekends and over peak holiday
seasons with some discount for multiple nights, weekday stays and packages
(see section on packages). Tariffs include:
