Severin Manor – Originally the house of the Severin Family, this house can be awarded to the Dragonborn through the sidequests March of the Dead and Served Cold. The Manor is well equipped to suit your needs while adventuring through Solstheim.
How do you get Severin Manor for free?
Don’t bother looting (stealing from) the house during the quest, you’ll get it all for free as your reward at the end. Spouses and children cannot be moved into Severin Manor due to Solstheim being a separate area and adoption being from a separate DLC.
